Our girls program caters to players age 9-14 with experience or who are new to the game. Currently, we lead multiple camps throughout Monterey County and a middle school select team for girls to develop and play alongside amazing coaches, like our director Brijet Mall. Our girls program plays throughout the fall, winter, and summer.

Growing up as a child in a Navy family, Brijet moved around the country and attended 11 different schools in 6 different states. During grade 10, Brijet found lacrosse and fell in love with the game. As a recruited athlete to the Naval Academy, Brijet played under legendary Navy coach, Cindy Timchal. Throughout Brijet’s playing career, Navy Women's Lacrosse won 4 Patriot League Championships and made 4 NCAA Tournament appearances. As a defender in 2013, Brijet was selected AS AN Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Star.
After commissioning, Brijet became a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. As a coach, Brijet has coached both high school and club lacrosse while stationed in Virginia Beach, San Diego and Monterey. Brijet joined Bixby Ballers Lacrosse as our Girls Director and also coaches for Verve. Off the field, Brijet loves to travel, teach yoga, coach CrossFit and renovate homes with her husband. She lives in Salinas with her husband and two dogs.
Codi Mullen
Coach
From Wading River on Long Island, New York, Codi started playing lacrosse in 2nd grade. She went to Shoreham-Wading River high school, and won three New York State Championships. During her senior year she led her team as a captain.
After SWR, Codi went to Peddie School in New Jersey as a post-graduate to further develop herself. From Peddie, Codi took her talents to the Naval Academy, where she followed in her brother's footsteps as a lacrosse player for the academy. Codi balled out during her 4 years at Navy and led her team as a captain during her senior year. In 2016, she graduated from the Naval Academy as a Marine officer with a degree in math and science. During the summer after graduation she coached the women's lacrosse team by leading practices for the incoming freshmen during plebe summer.
While stationed @ Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, Codi coached for Onslow Youth Lacrosse and Bogue Elite.
Codi moved to Pacific Grove to further her education at the Naval Postgraduate School to study Operational Analysis. She is a passionate coach that coaches for both Bixby Ballers and Verve. Off the field, Codi competes in triathlons, hikes with her two dogs, snowboards, loves sunsets and hanging with friends.
Jas DePompeo

Coach Jas is a native of Long Island, New York. During her senior year at Sayville High, Jax was a three sport athlete who played soccer, basketball, and lacrosse.
Jas took her talents to the U.S. Naval Academy where she balled out on the lacrosse field. Under the tutelage of legendary coach Cindy Timchal, Jas led her team to 4 Patriot League Championships and 4 NCAA Tournament appearances.
As an attacker, coach Jas was an IWLCA All-American, COSIDA Academic All-American, 3X Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year, 2X Patriot League All-Academic Team member and a 2013 Tewaaraton Award Watch List nominee. During her senior year at Navy, she was a co-captain and set the all time patriot league scoring record. talk about a certified baller...
Jas moved to Carmel Valley to attend the Naval Post Graduate School to get her masters. In her free time, she loves hiking, camping and coaching lacrosse (of course).
